This year, I’m celebrating my 31st birthday on October 3 by joining the 20th annual Tidelands Health In the Pink breast cancer awareness walk on Saturday, October 11. I’m walking to champion life-changing breast care through Tidelands Health, in honor and memory of my beloved family and community, and to encourage everyone to prioritize their health. Seek preventative care. Schedule your mammogram. Do your self-exam.
