Sally Kalin. My amazing and strong sister in law, Sally Kalin, lost her battle to breast cancer at 44 years young. She was diagnosed with breast cancer during the 2nd trimester of her pregnancy with my miraculous niece. I am happy to report my niece is healthy, happy and thriving. Immediate intervention saved both she and Sally. On Saturday, Oct. 10, I’ll be taking part in the 21st annual Tidelands Health In the Pink breast cancer awareness walk. Please help me reach my fundraising goal by making a donation to the Tidelands Health breast care fund. Tidelands Health is our region’s largest health system and leading cancer provider. Because Tidelands Health is a not-for-profit health system, donations are tax deductible.
