I agree to participate in the following event sponsored by Tidelands Health, or one of its entities, as follows: In the Pink breast cancer awareness walk on Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025, at Brookgreen Gardens. My participation is voluntary. I acknowledge that as a participant I could become ill or injured due to the physical activity associated with this event. In exchange for the privilege of participating in the event, I, individually, and for my personal representative, heirs and assigns, do hereby remise, release and forever discharge Tidelands Health, its affiliates, officers, directors, trustees and employees, as well as Brookgreen Gardens, from any and all acts of negligence whatsoever, including but not limited to death and medical and hospital expenses as a result of any illness, personal injuries or damages I may sustain as a result of my participation. I hereby voluntarily grant Tidelands Health, its agents or assigns permission to use any and all photographs of me for the purposes of reproduction in any form for, but not limited to, advertising, illustration, newspaper stories, television or radio broadcasts, social and digital media or other publications.
